为了做好水稻杂交亲本的选配和提高杂交后代的选择效果,1983~1985年对8个杂交组合后代(F_1-F_3)主要性状的遗传和相关关系进行了比较系统的研究。结果表明:1、早期世代各性状遗传力大小的排列顺序为株高>生育期>千粒重>穗长>结实率>每穗粒数>每株穗数。2、在相关关系中,杂种一代的株高、生育期、千粒重、穗长、结实率的平均值与双亲性状平均值的相关关系达到了极显著或显著的水平,这些性状在杂种二代与三代之间的相关关系也表现出类似的趋势。3、上下世代之间相关关系密切的性状,其遗传力也比较高,说明遗传力较大的性状,遗传给下代的可能性较大,可在早期世代根据育种的要求进行严格的选择。
In order to make the selection of hybrid parents and improve the selection effect of hybrid progenies, the genetic and related relationships among the main traits of F_1-F_3 hybrids were systematically studied from 1983 to 1985. The results showed as follows: 1. The order of heritability of each trait in early generations was order of plant height> growth period> 1000-grain weight> ear length> seed setting rate> grains per spike> panicles per plant. In the correlation, the correlation between the average of plant height, growth period, 1000-grain weight, spike length and seed setting rate of hybrid generation and the average value of parents’ traits reached extremely significant or significant level. The correlation between the three generations also showed a similar trend. 3. The closely related traits between upper and lower generations have relatively high heritability, indicating that the trait with larger heritability is more likely to be passed on to the next generation, and the strict selection can be made in the early generation according to the requirements of breeding.
