在玉门市对啤酒大麦氮肥施用量的试验结果表明,在灌淤土上基施五氧化二磷180 kg/hm2、播种密度为675万粒/hm2的前提条件下,纯氮施用量控制在120~240 kg/hm2,啤酒大麦的籽粒产量较高,可达6 840.0~7 707.0 kg/hm2,蛋白质含量相对较低,为124.5~128.5 g/kg,酿造品质好。
The test results of the amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied to beer barley in Yumen City showed that under the precondition of basal phosphorus fertilizers 180 kg / hm2 and seeding density of 6.75 million / hm2, the application rate of pure nitrogen was controlled at 120 ~ 240 kg / hm2. Beer barley had a high grain yield of 6 840.0-7 707.0 kg / hm2 with a relatively low protein content of 124.5-128.50 g / kg with good brewing quality.
