地铁车辆运营服务是通过主电路从接触网上获得能量,因此主电路的安全对列车运营显得尤为重要。当主电路发生过载或短路故障时,保护装置可以快速地清除故障,使故障区域不会扩大。主熔断器在地铁车辆上通常用作过载及短路保护,具有响应时间快、分断容量大等特点。文章结合南京地铁3号线项目设计,简要分析了主熔断器的选型要素,提出主电路安全保护装置的配置应从保护能力、经济性、故障概率等多方面综合考虑。
Subway vehicle operation service is through the main circuit from the contact network to obtain energy, so the main circuit of the train operation is particularly important. When the main circuit overload or short circuit fault, the protection device can quickly clear the fault, the fault area will not be expanded. Main fuse in the subway vehicles are usually used for overload and short circuit protection, with fast response time, breaking capacity and so on. Based on the project design of Nanjing Metro Line 3, the article briefly analyzes the selection factors of the main fuse, and puts forward that the configuration of the main circuit safety protection device should be comprehensively considered in terms of protection ability, economy and fault probability.
