本文阐述了国家平面角计量检定系统所规定的计量标准器具──光学角规的检定技术,主要介绍了我们提出的新的光学角规标定的原理和技术,并介绍在此原理基础上研制的检定光学角规偏向角值的基准仪器──光电光楔测角仪。经鉴定其检定光学角规偏向角的最大测量误差3σ≤0.1"。本文中讨论了光学角规作为标准小角度发生器检定各类角度测量仪器示值误差的应用实例,特别是用于检定二维测角仪器的示值误差,该角规具有独特的优越性。
This paper elaborates the calibration standard of optical gauges, which is provided by National Planar Angle Metrology Verification System.
