常规分层注水测调工艺测试操作繁琐、效率低,已不能满足油田开发的需要,电动调水测试技术和存储式水量测调技术在一定程度上虽然提高了测试效率,但注水量受井况和其它因素的影响,又发生了变化,还达不到实时精确注入。为实现注水量的实时监控和调整,在恒流水嘴调配技术的基础上,对恒流堵塞器进行优化和改进,通过机械调节与机电调节相结合的方式,调节出水孔的前后压差并使其保持恒定,从而实现对注水量的自动控制。
