随着我国经济的不断发展和社会主义市场经济体制的逐渐完善,企业劳动用工的矛盾日益突出,成为我国社会经济发展不容忽视的问题,劳资双方关系的稳定影响着企业乃至社会的和谐发展。针对这一现象,介绍了劳动合同在企业用工制度中存在的缺陷,并对劳动合同在企业用工中的规范管理提出一些建议。
With the constant development of our economy and gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system, the contradiction between the labor and employment of enterprises has become increasingly prominent. This has become a problem that can not be neglected in the social and economic development of our country. The stability of the relations between employers and employees has an impact on the harmonious development of enterprises and even society. In view of this phenomenon, introduced the labor contract in the enterprise employment system flaws, and made some suggestions on the labor contract in the enterprise employment in the standardized management.
