利用2kW的CO2激光器在16Mn钢表面激光熔覆(WC+SiC)/Ni基复合涂层,经SEM及EDX能谱分析表明,基体与涂层呈良好的冶金结合.随着凝固过程的进行,γ-Ni固溶体的形貌由平面晶发展为树枝晶,且γ-Ni固溶体间合金元素的含量及平面晶的厚度均随扫描速度的变化而变化.
The laser cladding (WC + SiC) / Ni-based composite coatings on 16Mn steel with 2kW CO2 laser were used. The SEM and EDX spectra showed that the matrix and coating were metallurgically bonded. With the solidification process, the morphology of γ-Ni solid solution changes from planar crystal to dendrite, and the content of alloying elements and the thickness of plane crystal in γ-Ni solid solution all change with the scanning speed.
