以河北地区46家企业的科技人员为样本,探索了科技人才创新行为的内涵和人格特质,分析了科技人才人格特质与创新行为的关系,结果表明,科技人才人格特质中的学习性、自控性与支配性对创新行为均具有显著性影响,反馈性与自立性影响并不显著,这些结论对企业甄选、用好和开发具有创新能力的科技人才具有重要意义。
Taking the scientific and technological personnel of 46 enterprises in Hebei Province as samples, the author explores the connotation and personality traits of innovative behavior of science and technology professionals, and analyzes the relationship between personality traits and innovative behaviors of science and technology professionals.
