本文采用~(125)I-β-内啡肽放射受体结合分析法,证实活化的小鼠脾淋巴细胞上有与β-内啡肽特异结合的阿片受体。并观察到~(125)I-β-内啡肽与活化的小鼠脾淋巴细胞的特异结合可被非标记β-内啡肽或纳洛酮取代。但用同样方法,未发现β-内啡肽可与未经刀豆蛋白A(ConA)活化的小鼠脾淋巴细胞特异结合。上述结果提示β-内啡肽通过相应受体调节小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增生反应。
In this paper, ~ (125) I-β-endorphin radioreceptor binding assay was used to confirm the presence of opiate receptors specific for β-endorphin on activated lymphocytes of mice. It was observed that the specific binding of ~ (125) I- [beta] -endorphin to activated mouse splenic lymphocytes could be replaced by non-labeled [beta] -endorphin or naloxone. However, in the same way, it was not found that β-endorphin specifically binds to mouse splenic lymphocytes activated without Concanavalin A (ConA). The above results suggest that β-endorphin regulates the proliferation of mouse splenic lymphocytes via the corresponding receptors.
