本文针对我国现代化建设第二步战略设想,即在1991—2000年实现小康的紧迫任务,分析了实现小康目标的基础条件;根据我国的实际情况并参考国际上有关社会指标体系的内容和方法,制订了包括60多个具体指标的我国小康社会指标体系,列出了2000年的奋斗目标。文章还对2000年小康目标进行了综合评价和分析,并对全国和地方小康社会指标体系的制订及综合评价方法作了简要介绍。
According to the actual situation of our country and with reference to the contents and methods of the relevant social index system in the world, this article analyzes the basic conditions for achieving the goal of well-off society, Formulated an indicator system for well-off society in our country that includes more than 60 specific indicators and sets out the goal for the year 2000. The article also made a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the well-to-do goal in 2000 and made a brief introduction to the formulation and comprehensive evaluation of the index system of well-to-do society in both China and other parts of the country.
