高职院校的最终教学目的是培养应用型技术人才,对口生作为高职院校学生的重要组成部分,是高职院校的重点教育对象。与本科生相比,高职院校对口生的学习成绩普遍较差,学习能力较弱,造成这种现象的根本原因是其非智力因素没有得到充分开发,导致学生缺乏浓厚的学习兴趣和学习自主性,严重影响了高职教学水平和教学质量。为了改善这种情况,就需要采取科学有效的措施,对高职对口生的非智力因素进行培养。
