在工作学习中,我们每个人都在变,思想在变,行为也在变。就像“多讲与多练”曾经被我视为考试制胜的法宝,但是慢慢地我发现这种方式不仅对教学质量的提升是极为有限的,而且还加重了学生的学习负担。当学生没有从学习中获得探究的乐趣与自我满足的时候,厌学情绪就会泛滥,学习就成为一种苦役。那么如何更好地提升学生学习和考试的质量呢?下面谈谈我在教学中的几点体会:
In the study of work, each of us is changing, thinking is changing, behavior is changing. Much like I’ve talked and talked about, I used to be regarded as a magic weapon for exams to win, but slowly I found that this approach was not only limited to the improvement of teaching quality, but also added to the student’s learning burden. When students do not get the fun and self-satisfaction of inquiry from their studies, they become overwhelmed and learn to become hard-working.
