采用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)及碳纤维布进行复合绝热研究,提高了绝热层基材的耐烧蚀抗冲刷性能,通过进一步使用耐烧蚀纤维填料及耐烧蚀中空微球填料,并借助阻燃剂、补强剂等功能助剂的作用,研制出综合性能良好的EPDM/NBR/碳布复合绝热层;绝热层密度≤1.08g/cm3,绝热层线烧蚀率0.03mm/s,通过某型号冲压发动机地面静止实验30s考核。
