未成年人服务是图书馆服务的重要内容之一,而我国至今没有一部针对未成年人的公共图书馆服务标准。国外英、美两国在图书馆未成年人服务标准的建设方面较为成熟。通过比较分析英、美两国公共图书馆未成年人服务方面的相关标准文本,结合我国图书馆未成年人服务的现实情况,提出我国图书馆未成年人服务标准制定的具体建议以及实施中应注意的问题。
The service of minors is one of the important contents of library services, and so far our country does not have a public library service standard for minors. Foreign countries such as Britain and the United States are relatively mature in building library service standards for minors. By comparing and analyzing the relevant standard texts on the service of minors in public libraries in Britain and the United States and combining with the actual conditions of the service of minors in libraries in our country, this paper puts forward the concrete proposals for the development of service standards for minors in libraries and the implementation of Attention questions.
