目的：比较有晶体眼后房型人工晶体植入术（ICL）术前激光虹膜打孔与术中虹膜周切所产生的高眼压。方法选择32例64只眼患者，共分两组，第1组17例34只眼，采用术中虹膜周切，第2组织15例30只眼，采用术前虹膜激光打孔。结果第1组发生高眼压13只眼，第2组产生高眼压2只眼，2=8.85，<0.05，统计学有显著意义。结论术前激光虹膜打孔所发生的高眼压优于术中虹膜周切所发生的高眼压。“,”Objective To compare the high intraocular pressure between preoperative iris laser drilling and intaoperative peripheral iridectomy in implanted intraocular lenses. Methods In a total of 32 cases (64 eyes),they were dividel into two groups,the first group has 17 cases (34 eyes) received intaoperative peripheral iridectom,the second groups has 15 cases(30 eyes) received preoperative iris laser drilling. Results The first group has 3 eyes of the high intraocular pressure,the second group has 13eyes of the high intraocular pressure, 2=8.85,<0.05,there was statistical significance. Conclusion The high intraocular pressure of preoperative iris laser drilling is better than the high intraocular pressure of intaoperative peripheral iridectomy.
