1996年6-7月,笔者接受美国阿特拉斯(Atlas)经济研究基金会和福特基金会资助,在美国西海岸的柏克莱—旧金山地区和东海岸的波士顿—纽约—华盛顿地区进行了为期5周的学术交流与访问。参加在柏克莱召开的国际共享资源大会后,便对柏克莱加州大学、纽约大学、哈佛、耶鲁、麻省理工学院的有关研究所、系,世界银行和全球环境基金等国际机构,以及有些带有非政府色彩的研究机构进行了顺访。此次访问的目的在于了解美国有关环境经济和全球环境研究的动态,沟通学术交流渠道,获取有关研究资料,寻求合作研究的前景。
From June to July 1996, the author received funding from the Atlas Economic Research Foundation and the Ford Foundation in the United States for the period of the Berkeley-San Francisco area on the west coast of the United States and the Boston-New York-Washington area on the east coast 5 weeks of academic exchange and interview. After attending the International Shared Resources Conference at Berkeley, the University of Berkeley, New York University, Harvard University, Yale, MIT Research Institutes, Department, the World Bank and the Global Environment Facility and other international agencies, as well as Some non-governmental research institutions conducted a follow-up visit. The purpose of this visit is to understand the developments of the United States on environmental economics and global environmental studies, to communicate academic exchange channels, to obtain relevant research materials and to seek cooperative research.
