China has abundant reserves of oilfields. However, due to the difficulty in managing public security in oilfields, theft of oil often occurs. This has seriously affected the smooth progress of oilfields. In order to promote efficient oil production in oilfields, all oilfields continually innovate the oilfield security system. For the time being, oilfield enterprises and police-people defense mechanisms are the best. This article focuses on how to establish the oilfield enterprises, police and civil defense mechanism.
