供应室是医院交叉感染的高危科室之一,随着对预防医院感染观念的不断深入,对供应室必须提高工作质量及管理水平,必须用科学的管理方法建立一套自我约束和控制机制。科学管理是一项全过程、全员性、全方位的管理工作,只靠少数管理者的努力是不够的,必须全员行动,大家遵守。1 科学分工,各负其责,增强责任心,提高工作质量1.1 将供应室全体工作人员分成若干个班。主要有:下收下送班、针头班、注射器班、包装班、消毒灭菌班,每个班每人轮转一周,哪班出现问题及时登记差错本,便于纠正。并且,用奖惩办法加分或扣分。1.2 明确任务,提高工作效率,做到保质保
