关于水稻组织离体培养,我们曾在1979年作了报道.从水稻幼穗、幼茎组织不仅诱导出愈伤组织,而且也分化出绿苗.幼穗用N_6培养基的诱导频率(9.6%)略高于幼茎(5.6%).从幼叶和叶鞘组织只诱导出愈伤组织,没能分化出绿苗. 此后,我们继续研究,旨在提高幼穗、幼茎组织在离体培养条件下的绿苗诱导率,并寻求诱导水稻幼叶和叶鞘的成苗方法及摸索水稻单细胞培养的途径.现将试验情况与结果报道如下:
