1990年8月,我们对市内17所医院各种物体表面与工作人员手的污染情况进行了调查。所有标本均用棉拭子法采样,除进行细菌总数检测外,还进行乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)检测(ELISA法)和绿脓杆菌分离。
In August 1990, we investigated the contamination of various surfaces and workers’ hands in 17 hospitals in the city. All samples were sampled by cotton swab method, in addition to the total number of bacteria detected, but also for hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) detection (ELISA method) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa separation.
