Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员。抗survivin抗体作为一种血清学标志物,在大多数肿瘤和部分癌前病变患者血清中高表达,可能与免疫系统的生物学放大效应有关。在不同的肿瘤中,抗survivin抗体的表达水平有差异。一次检测若干种标志物有助于提高标志物检测的灵敏性,而特异性却没有明显的下降,提示联合检测在肿瘤的早期诊断、治疗以及判断复发方面有良好的应用前景。
Survivin is a new member of the apoptosis-inhibitory protein family. Anti-survivin antibody, as a serological marker, is highly expressed in the sera of most tumors and some precancerous lesions and may be related to the biological amplification effect of the immune system. In different tumors, anti-survivin antibody expression levels are different. Detecting several kinds of markers at once can improve the sensitivity of marker detection, but the specificity has no obvious decline, suggesting that joint detection has good application prospect in early diagnosis, treatment and recurrence of tumors.
