以黑龙江省农科院园艺所李育种圃内的吉林黄干核×西瓜李等七个杂交组合后代共277个株系为试材。每株系随机采取树冠外围成熟果实20个,口感评价李果实的鲜食品质;每株系选择充分成熟果实20个测其可溶性固形物、总糖、总酸含量。估算狭义遗传力,求各组合的传递力,超高亲度、超低亲度。测得结果:中国李果实可溶性固形物以中×低组合后代出现高可溶性固形物含量的株系多。后代的总酸含量普遍低于亲中值,母本对后代的影响较大。总糖中×中组合中,后代总糖传递力最强。通过狭义遗传力估算,亲本的口感品质级次提高1级,后代级次可望提高0.55级。
A total of 277 offspring from seven crosses including Jilin Huanggan nuclear × watermelon plum grown in horticultural garden of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences were selected as test materials. Twenty randomly-selected fruit pericarp crowds were used in each line to assess the fresh-eating quality of plum fruit. Twenty full-ripened fruits were selected for determination of soluble solids, total sugar and total acid content in each line. Estimation of narrow heritability, seeking the combination of transmission, ultra-high affinity, ultra-low affinity. Measured results: China Li fruit soluble solids to medium × low combination of high soluble solids content of the line. The total acid content of the offspring is generally lower than the pro-median, the impact of the female parent on future generations larger. Total sugar in the combination of ×, the offspring of the most general sugar transmission. Through narrow heritability estimates, the parent’s taste quality level increased by 1 grade, descendants grades is expected to increase by 0.55.
