黑豆是一种多年生灌木性果树,一般树高1.3～1.5米,经济寿命30余年,在我省栽培已有70、80年的历史。学名黑穗醋栗,英文叫黑加伦。主要品种有冬季埋土防寒的厚皮黑豆和不防寒的薄皮黑豆。近年来随着人民生活的提高和外贸事业的发展,对黑豆加工品的需求量急剧增加。我省滨绥沿线的尚志、海林、阿城等县现有栽培面积8千余亩,今后3至5年内要发展到4万亩,其他县份也已在大力发展。预计不久,我省将成为国家发展黑豆的重点基地。

In recent years, with the improvement of people’s lives and the development of foreign trade, the demand for processed black beans has sharply increased. There are more than 8,000 mu of cultivated area in Shangzhi, Hailin, and Acheng counties along the coast of Suixi in our province, and 40,000 mu in the next 3-5 years. Other counties have also been developing vigorously. It is expected that soon, our province will become the key base for the development of black beans in the country.
