法学教育,不仅直接影响法律人的未来,更关系到我国法治事业的成败。如若能够培养成功的法律人并推进我国法治事业的发展和进步,自然是极佳的。然而,法学教育并非一蹴而就,更非可以偷工减料,而是细火炼真金,所以个中的细火和真金均需予以重视。真金者,法学教育锻造的法律人也;细火者,法学教育也。在我国依法治国和依法建设法治社会的背景下,对此二者进行调查研究具有特别重要的意义。
