我院用脑立体定向杏仁核毁损术,治疗少年冲动行为障碍12例,男8例,女4例,平均年龄9.8岁,平均病程5.1年,患儿均有好动、易激动和睡眠障碍,有7例存在严重固执违拗现象。5例有伤人、毁物和自伤行为。脑电图检查5例出现以慢波活动增多为特点的异常改变。头颅CT检查7例中,轻度脑萎缩2例,右侧大脑半球萎缩及右颞叶低颏度灶各1例。手术靶点:一侧杏仁核7例,一侧杏仁核加一侧扣带回5例,每点毁损参数70～75℃,60～80秒。
