目的:探讨减少慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉内窥镜鼻窦手术(ESS)中出血。方法:通过对慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者进行规范综合性治疗107例A组与未经治疗的相同手术48例B组进行比较。结果:A组平均出血量为69.8 mL,B组出血量为197.3 mL。两者差异有显著性。结论:术前控制慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的炎症是减少ESS出血的重要环节。
Objective: To investigate the effect of reducing bleeding in patients with chronic sinusitis and endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS). Methods: A total of 107 A patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps underwent standardized comprehensive treatment and 48 patients with the same operation without untreated B group. Results: The average amount of bleeding in group A was 69.8 mL and that in group B was 197.3 mL. The difference was significant. Conclusion: Preoperative control of chronic sinusitis, inflammation of nasal polyps is to reduce ESS bleeding an important part.
