结合当前医院感染漏报率严重的实际，着重介绍了本院近年来抓好感染填报、上报工作，控制医院感染发生率的经验做法。主要包括加强宣传教育，充分利用多种形式，大力普及医院感染控制知识，强化科室感染上报责任意识，通过定期咨询和反馈通报，及时解决上报中的疑难问题，表彰先进，提出改进措施。同时注重抓好感染监控管理，建立完善以科室领导为骨干的管理体系，加强感染填报基础工作，落实各项规章制度，将感染监控和漏报情况列入质控指标，实行质量考评挂钩，定期奖优罚劣，促使医院感染发生率和漏报率逐年下降。 Combining with the current practice of serious missed reporting rates of hospital infections, we will focus on the experiences and practices of the hospital in recent years to focus on infection reporting, reporting work, and controlling the incidence of nosocomial infections. At the same time, we must pay attention to the management of infection surveillance, establish and improve a management system with the leadership of the department as the backbone, strengthen the basic work of infection reporting, implement various rules and regulations, include infection monitoring and omission reporting in quality control indicators, and implement quality assessment links.
