高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)是基于样品在逆行的互不混溶两相溶剂之间分配系数的差异而实现分离的新型分离技术。本文综述了近30年来,HSCCC分离天然产物中极弱极性化合物时应用无水溶剂体系的研究进展,包括被分离物质的种类、溶剂体系组成及洗脱方法。结果表明,HSCCC无水溶剂体系在分离天然产物中一些极性非常小的化合物方面有着独特的优势,并总结了HSCCC无水体系溶剂选择规律、特点及适用范围,为HSCCC无水体系的应用及溶剂体系的快速选择提供了参考。
High-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) is a new separation technique based on the separation of sample partition coefficients between retrograde immiscible two-phase solvents. This review summarizes the recent progress in the application of anhydrous solvent systems for HSCCC separation of very polar compounds in natural products over the past 30 years, including the species of isolated material, the composition of the solvent system, and the elution methods. The results show that the HSCCC anhydrous solvent system has unique advantages in separating some very small polar compounds in natural products and summarizes the solvent selection rules, characteristics and application range of HSCCC anhydrous systems and is an application of HSCCC anhydrous system and The rapid selection of solvent system provides a reference.
