目的探讨急性重度有机磷农药中毒(ASOPP)在重症监护室(ICU)的综合抢救方法。方法回顾分析本科近3年52例ASOPP患者救治经过。除常规治疗外,行气管插管、机械通气治疗,辅以其他治疗。结果52例中毒患者治愈48例,死亡2例,放弃治疗2例。结论急性重度有机磷中毒病情复杂,中毒症状明显,后果严重,医护人员应根据患者具体情况,给予最适舍患者的治疗方案和严密监测,以提高存活率。
Objective To investigate the comprehensive salvage method of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (ASOPP) in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods Retrospective analysis of undergraduate for nearly 3 years 52 cases of ASOPP treatment. In addition to routine treatment, the endotracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation therapy, supplemented by other treatments. Results 52 cases of poisoning were cured in 48 cases, 2 died, give up treatment in 2 cases. Conclusions The acute severe organophosphate poisoning is complicated and has obvious symptoms of poisoning and serious consequences. The medical staff should give the most appropriate treatment plan and close monitoring according to the specific conditions of the patients so as to improve the survival rate.
