目的探讨富血小板血浆-褪黑素-骨水泥复合物对大鼠牙周骨缺损修复的作用。方法人工构建40只雄性SD大鼠下颌双侧第三磨牙颊侧牙周骨缺损模型(共80个);随机分为5组,在缺损处分别填入富血小板血浆-磷酸钙骨水泥(PRP-CPC)、褪黑素-磷酸钙骨水泥(MT-CPC)、富血小板血浆-褪黑素-磷酸钙骨水泥(PRP-MT-CPC)、磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC),空白对照组不加任何材料。术后观察其一般情况并于14、21天处死动物,取组织标本,作X线片检查及组织学切片,观察各组骨组织愈合情况。结果术后14天和21天各组骨缺损区均有新骨形成,成骨量随时间的推移而增加。经影像学检查和组织学评估,各组的成骨能力依次为:PRP-MT-CPC组>PRP-CPC组/MT-CPC组>CPC组>空白对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05),PRP-CPC组与MT-CPC组差别无显著性意义(P>0.05),其中PRPMT-CPC组成骨能力最强。结论 PRP-MT-CPC复合物能够有效促进大鼠牙周骨缺损的修复。
Objective To investigate the effect of platelet-rich plasma-melatonin-cement on the repair of periodontal defects in rats. Methods The buccal periodontal defects of 40 third-molar bilateral mandibular molars in 40 male SD rats were artificially divided into five groups. The defects were filled with platelet-rich plasma-calcium phosphate cement (PRP -CPC, MT-CPC, PRP-MT-CPC, CPC and blank control group Add any material. After the operation, the general situation was observed and the animals were killed at 14 and 21 days. Tissue samples were taken for X-ray examination and histological sections to observe the healing of bone tissues in each group. RESULTS: New bone was formed on the 14th and 21st day after operation in each group. The osteogenesis volume increased with the passage of time. After imaging examination and histological evaluation, the osteogenic capacity of each group was: PRP-MT-CPC group> PRP-CPC group / MT-CPC group> CPC group> blank control group, with statistical difference ). There was no significant difference between PRP-CPC group and MT-CPC group (P> 0.05). Among them, PRPMT-CPC had the strongest osteogenic ability. Conclusion PRP-MT-CPC complex can effectively promote the repair of periodontal bone defects in rats.
