角膜接触镜因为美容而被广大青年近视眼患者所采用,尤其是长戴型软接触镜更为倍受欢迎。随着配戴人数的增加,角膜并发症也逐年增多,其中的角膜溃疡最为严重。本文收集我院1984.3.1～1990.12.31接触镜角膜溃疡30例(30眼)进行临床分析,并探讨其发病机理及防治方法。资料及方法30例患者(30眼)均戴角膜接触镜时出现症状,通过临床、微生物学检查及治疗效果,最后诊断为微生物性角膜溃疡。所有患者均进行角膜坏死物微生物培养,方法为表面麻醉后取溃疡坏死物在血琼脂培养皿上划线接种培养48小时。常规治疗使用抗生素滴眼,严重者球结膜下注射。培养阳性则参照 Contact lens because of beauty and the majority of young people with myopia by the use of patients, especially the long wear type soft contact lenses more popular.
