在英语教学过程中,教育群体随着社会的进步发生着变化。现代社会,学生个性突出,表现欲望也比较强烈,思维方式也有了很多不同之处,需要教师的教学思维也能够跟得上时代的步伐,了解自己的学生,以实际情况出发不断地探索和发现。本文通过结合新时代背景为基点,以社会环境以及受教育群体的变化实际来着手展开研究,以创造英语教学的新思维为方式,以推动英语教学水平提高为目的。从自身工作经验出发,详细地叙述了各个层面的客观实际及要求。随着多年教育事业的发展,教育模式容易固定化、格式化,需要我们改变某些传统落后的教学模式,结合实际转化思维,是英语教学可持续良好发展的关键所在。
In the process of English teaching, educational groups change with the progress of society. In modern society, the student’s personality is outstanding, his performance desire is also strong, his way of thinking also has many differences, he needs teachers’ teaching thinking to keep pace with the times, understand his students, and constantly explore and discover according to the actual conditions . By combining the background of the new era and the reality of the social environment and the educated groups, this article starts with the research to create new ways of thinking in English teaching and promote the improvement of English teaching. Proceeding from their own work experience, I elaborate on the objective reality and requirements at all levels. With the development of education for many years, the education model is easy to be fixed and formatted. It is necessary for us to change some traditional and backward teaching modes and combine with the actual thinking. This is the key to the sustainable and sound development of English teaching.
