高氧灵是我们为提高高压氧疗效,降低高压氧治疗副作用而研制的中药复方。临床试用于正接受高压氧治疗中的脑动脉硬化患者均获较好效果。为探讨高氧灵的药理作用,我们观察了该方药对正常小鼠缺氧耐受性、血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,现报告如下。
Hyperoxin is a Chinese herbal compound developed for improving the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen and reducing the side effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Clinical trials in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis who are undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy have achieved better results. In order to investigate the pharmacological effects of hyperoxicin, we observed the effects of the prescription on hypoxia tolerance, plasma lipid peroxidation (LPO), and red cell superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in normal mice, as reported below.
