经过多年的努力,尤其是1988年全国统计法制工作会议以来,我国统计检查机构和队伍不断发展壮大。目前,国家统计局已设立政策法规司;除西藏、青海、海南等少数省(区)外,大多数的省(区、市)统计局都已设立了统计检查机构;有一些地、市和县级统计局也逐步设置了统计检查机构。全国专兼职统计检查员现已发展到1.7万人,其中专职统计检查员有近1000人。有了这样一支统计检查队伍,对于《统计法》及其实施细则的贯彻实施,对于搞好地方和部门的统计立法工作,对于加强统计执法监督检查工作,总之,对于我国统计法制的建设和发展都是有利的条件和重要的保证。
After years of hard work, especially since 1988, the national conference on statistics and legal work, the statistical inspection bodies and contingents in our country have continuously developed and expanded. At present, the National Bureau of Statistics has set up a department of policies and regulations; most of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) statistical offices have set up statistical inspection agencies except for a few provinces (autonomous regions) such as Tibet, Qinghai and Hainan; some municipalities and County Statistics Bureau has also gradually set up statistical inspection agencies. Part-time part-time statistical inspectors nationwide have now grown to 17,000, including nearly 1,000 full-time statistical inspectors. With such a team of statistical inspection, the implementation of the “Statistical Law” and its implementing rules is conducive to improving the statistic and legislative work of localities and departments and strengthening the supervision and inspection of statistical law enforcement. In a word, for the construction of statistical legal system in our country and Development is favorable conditions and an important guarantee.
