This article was to observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Xinmailing on lung injury and blood gas changes in endotoxin shock rats, so as to explore the mechanism of its anti-shock effect. Wistar male rats were used in the experiment and were anesthetized with intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital. They were randomly divided into three groups: control group (n=13) and endotoxic shock group (n=13).
