人们习惯上称人与人之间的相遇、相识、相知为缘,实则,人与物、人与事理之间也不乏这种缘。回想工作至今,自己与教育科研之间何尝不是一种缘。教育科研让初涉教坛的我尝到了甜头初上讲台,在拥有悠久办校史和丰富教育教学经验的百年省级实验小学师傅们手把手的教导下,我较快地掌握了教育教学常规要素,同时我也开始了对自己班主任工作及课堂教学工作进行反思,正是这些反思,使我逐渐懂得了如何去了解学生特点,把握教材的要害。正是这些零碎甚至很初级的东西为我日后参
