为了提高小瞳孔白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术质量,本文介绍一种适合于小瞳孔白内障手术的撕囊方法。本文报告一组在充分散瞳后瞳孔直径仍≤4mm的病例,共26只眼实行瞳孔区三角形前囊瓣的连续撕囊方法,其中22只眼(84.6%)获得成功,4只眼失败。撕囊成功的病例中,20只眼(90.9%)人工晶体两(?)均在囊袋内,2只眼为睫状沟固定,术中未发生并发症。作者认为上述方法既保留了连续撕囊的优点,又解决了小瞳孔下撕囊的某些特殊问题。可使术者在参照物的指示下,安全迅速地清除残留皮质,及直观、准确地将晶体植入囊袋内。
In order to improve the quality of small pupil phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, this article describes a suitable method for small pupil cataract surgery capsulorhexis. This article reports a series of consecutive capsulorhexis methods in which the pupil diameter is still ≤ 4 mm after full mydriasis. A total of 26 eyes underwent continuous capsulotomy in the anterior triangle of the pupil area, of which 22 eyes (84.6%) were successful and 4 eyes failed. Among the successful cases of capsulorhexis, 20 eyes (90.9%) had intraocular lens (Î ±) in the capsular bag and 2 eyes were fixed in the ciliary sulci without complications. The author thinks that the above method not only retains the advantages of continuous capsulorhexis, but also solves some special problems of the small avocado capsulorhexis. Can make the operator under the direction of the reference, safe and rapid removal of residual cortex, and intuitive, accurate implantation of the crystal bag.
