航空装备工装管理特点鲜明、管理难度大、资源浪费严重,对其实施分层管理可有效的提高航空装备工装的重复利用,促进航空业发展。本文结合航空装备工装的特点和管理现状,分析了航空工装管理的分层方法,目的在于提高航空工装管理水平,促进航空技术装备发展,确保飞机产品的质量和工装生产效益。
The management of aviation equipment tooling has distinct characteristics, is difficult to manage and has serious waste of resources. The implementation of its hierarchical management can effectively improve the reuse of aviation equipment tooling and promote the development of the aviation industry. Based on the characteristics and management status of the aviation equipment tooling, this paper analyzes the stratification method of the aviation tooling management. The purpose is to improve the management level of the aviation tooling, promote the development of the aviation technology and equipment, and ensure the quality of the aircraft products and the tooling production efficiency.
