众所周知,空气质量的优劣会直接影响到人体的健康状况,通过大量研究证实,在空气负离子含量较高的环境中进行运动,能改善心肺系统功能、能促进血红蛋白的合成,能有效提高运动能力。本文便主要分析了空气负离子的产生原理,然后对空气负离子在运动训练中的应用需解决的主要问题进行了详细分析,以期为更有效地将空气负离子应用到运动训练当中提供参考。
As we all know, the merits of air quality will directly affect the health of the human body, confirmed by a large number of studies in the air with high levels of negative ions in the environment for exercise, can improve cardiopulmonary system function, can promote hemoglobin synthesis, can effectively improve the exercise capacity . In this paper, the principle of generating air negative ions is mainly analyzed. Then the main problems to be solved in the application of air negative ions in sports training are analyzed in detail in order to provide reference for more effectively applying air negative ions to sports training.
