建立和谐稳定的劳动关系是构建和谐社会的重要内容。《劳动合同法》是和谐劳动关系的的法律基础,是和谐劳动关系实现的重要法律保障。2007年6月29日,《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》(以下称《劳动合同法》)经十届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议审议通过,由中华人民共和国国家主席签署颁布,自2008年1月1日起开始实施。它的实施对我国和谐劳动关系的建立有着巨大的促进作用。
