目的观察采用清洗存放架后的膀胱镜鞘及膀胱镜桥清洗消毒质量和干燥效果。方法将800套使用后的膀胱镜鞘及膀胱镜桥随机分为对照组(预处理后直接放入清洗篮筐中进行机洗)和观察组(预处理后先置于自行研制的清洗存放架上再放入清洗篮筐中进行机洗),观察两组清洗消毒和干燥质量。结果观察组清洗消毒和干燥质量合格率显著高于对照组,经统计学检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论膀胱镜鞘及膀胱镜桥清洗存放架制作简便,集清洗消毒、干燥和存放于一体,可明显提高清洗消毒和干燥质量,提高工作效率,节约成本。
Objective To observe the cleaning and disinfection quality and the drying effect of cystoscope sheath and cystoscope bridge after cleaning the shelf. Methods 800 sets of used cystoscope sheath and cystoscope bridge were randomly divided into control group (pretreatment directly into the washing basket for machine wash) and observation group (pretreatment placed in their own research and development of cleaning storage rack And then into the washing basket for machine wash), observe the two groups of cleaning and disinfection and drying quality. Results The passing rate of cleaning, disinfection and drying in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions The cystoscope sheath and cystoscope bridge cleaning storage rack are easy to set up. They can be cleaned, disinfected, dried and stored together, which can obviously improve the quality of cleaning, disinfection and drying, improve the work efficiency and save the cost.
