学术交流中常用的幻灯片是24×35mm~2的幻灯片。电子显微底片比35mm幻灯片大得多,一般为60×90mm~2,不能直接转印制作这种幻灯片。目前,由电子显微底片制作35mm幻灯片最常用的方法是翻拍法,即将选用的底片放大洗相后,用翻拍机翻拍,经转印(拷贝)制成幻灯片。这种方法制作过程复杂,费时长,还须专门的翻拍设备,而且经过多次转印,一些细节将会丢失。所以不少人在寻找由电子显微底片制作35mm幻灯片的简便、快速方法。我们根据光学原理利用放大机直接由60×90mm~2电子显微底片缩小成24×35mm~2幻灯片的方法,制作快速、简便、效果好,不要特殊设备,现介绍如下:
Commonly used in academic exchanges slide is 24 × 35mm ~ 2 slide. Electron microscope film is much larger than the 35mm slide, usually 60 × 90mm ~ 2, can not be directly transferred to make this slide. At present, the most commonly used method for making a 35 mm slide from an electronic negative film is a remake method. After the selected negative film is enlarged and washed, the film is remade with a redrawing machine and transferred to a slide. This method of production is complicated, time-consuming, special remake equipment, and after several transfers, some details will be lost. So a lot of people are looking for a quick and easy way to make a 35mm slide from electronmicrographs. According to the principle of optics, we use the amplifier to directly reduce the size of 60 × 90mm ~ 2 electron microscope film into 24 × 35mm ~ 2 slide, making it fast, easy and effective, without special equipment, as follows:
