从引进的液压设备上可以看到国外在设计思想上和解决工程实际问题方面有些新的动向,下面就所见加热器的设计和超高压密封问题做定性介绍,供同行借鉴。 1.加热器对介质温度有要求的大型设备必然要设置加热器,在国内一般采用热汽(水)和电加热两种方式,而常用的是电加热。这两种加热方式相对介质而言是静止的、被动的加热方法,其缺点是加热不均匀,在加热器表面可产生局部高温,加速介质老化,而且设备也较笨重。
