我厂是沈阳一轻系统企业全面整顿第一批验收合格的企业之一。但是企业财务整顿验收合格,不等于财务整顿工作完毕,而只能作为继续前进的新起点。 1983年,我厂由于材料涨价和各项费用增加,年初预测全年成本将比上年增加66万元,利润比上年下降14%,为了扭转这种被动局面,在全厂实行了“三全一包”,即全面开展价值分析,全面推行目标成本,全面开展经济活动分析;建立与健全技术和经济承包责任制,取得了较好的经济效果。1983年完成工业总产值2,215万元,比上年提高19.2%;完成利润总额543万元,比上年提高25.8%,实现了速度和效益的同步增长,主要指标多数创本企业历史最好水平。我们的作法是:
