近年来,南京政治学院深刻认识到,创新发展是思想政治教育永葆生机活力的关键,不断适应青年学员和部队官兵思想特点的教育才能取得良好效果。因此,学院从改进思想政治教育授课内容、创新评比方式、激活参赛主体入手,紧紧围绕学员活思想创新“四会”优秀政治教员实践竞赛活动,引导学员全面掌握理论知识、深刻理解大政方针、持续强化任职能力,使这项活动越来越成为学院思想政治建设的一项重点工程,成为有效提供学员岗位任职能力的实践平台,成为拓宽育人渠道、展示育人成果的特色品牌。
