体育是学校教育的一个重要方面,是全面贯彻党的教育方针的重要环节。教育部、国家体委颁发的《高等学校体育工作暂行规定》指出,高等学校体育的基本任务是:“指导学生锻炼身体,增强体质,使学生掌握体育的基本知识和运动技能,学会科学锻炼身体的方法,养成经常锻炼的习惯,逐步提高运动技术水平;向学生进行共产主义思想品德教育,树立良好的体育道德风尚。”这就要求高等学校的体育工作,要面向全体学生,做到普及与提高相结合,“以增强学生体质为主,以普及为主,以经常锻炼为主。”任务已经明确了,那么,如何组织体育教学,真正做到有的放矢呢?我认为:
