以凝聚相法和界面聚合法为基础,选用明胶—阿拉伯树胶和聚胺酯壁作为囊壁材料加工了不同厚度的氰戊菊脂—倍硫磷微胶囊剂,并对越冬代马尾松毛虫和松墨天牛进行初步的触破防治试验。结果表明:17.5%的聚胺脂微胶囊剂在自然条件下一个月无自破现象。在相同有效浓度下,囊壁相对比重6%的明胶-阿拉伯树胶微胶囊剂和15%的聚胺酯微胶囊剂对越冬代松毛虫的校正死亡率达95%以上,初步试验表明这类材料制成的微胶囊剂用于防治林业害虫具有良好的防治效果,特别是对防治天牛类害虫具有很好的应用前途。
