1990年9月,我们采用碱性胨水二次增菌和改良DC琼脂分离法,从局管内某单位采集的自来水水质监测样品中,检出一株类志贺邻单胞菌。 该分离菌株为革兰氏阴性短杆菌,在碱性胨水中均匀混浊生长,在改良DC琼脂上为光滑湿润、蓝色扁平菌落;在SS琼脂上为光滑湿润、无色透明菌落。主要生化特性为氧化酶试验阳性,O-F试验为F型,动力阳性,发酵葡萄糖产酸不产气;肌醇、靛基质、精氨酸双水解酶、鸟氨酸脱羧酶、赖氨酸脱羧酶、0%NaCl胨水、3%NaCl胨水为阳性;蔗糖、甘露糖、阿拉伯糖、VP、水扬素、七叶苷水解、枸椽酸盐、7%NaCl胨水、10%NaCl胨水
September 1990, we use alkaline peptone secondary enrichment and modified DC agar separation method, collected from a unit within the tap water quality monitoring samples, the detection of a strain of Shigella spp. The isolated strain was Gram-negative Brevibacterium and grew uniformly in alkaline peptone water with a smooth, wet, blue flat colony on the modified DC agar and a smooth, moist, colorless, transparent colony on the SS agar. The main biochemical properties were positive for oxidase test, OF test for F type, positive motility, acidification of fermentation glucose for gas production; inositol, indole substrate, arginine hydrolase, ornithine decarboxylase, lysine decarboxylase , 0% NaCl peptone water, 3% NaCl peptone water; sucrose, mannose, arabinose, VP, pimentin, phyllostimulate, citrate, 7% NaCl peptone, 10%
