尿道下裂是一种常见的先天性泌尿生殖系统畸形。近年来流行病学的研究表明先天性尿道下裂的发生率在我国和其它各国呈持续增加的趋势,其具体原因尚不清楚。除部分遗传因素外,环境因素特别是环境雌激素类物质被认为与尿道下裂发生率的增加密切相关。近年来国人尿道下裂的研究已经积累了一些宝贵的资料,本文拟对国人先天性尿道下裂的病因学研究进展作一综述。 Hypospadias is a common congenital genitourinary system deformity. In recent years, epidemiological studies have shown that the incidence of congenital hypospadias in China and other countries showed a continuing upward trend, the specific reason is not clear. In addition to some genetic factors, environmental factors, especially environmental estrogens, are thought to be closely related to the increased incidence of hypospadias. In recent years, the research on hypospadias has accumulated some valuable information. This article intends to review the etiology of congenital hypospadias in China.
