目的本文将针对跳跃运动中膝部损伤的特点和防治措施进行分析,为运动员和教练员的日常练习提供参考建议。方法本次实验将结合专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、资料文献法和问卷调查的形式,针对2015年3月至2016年6月在跳跃运动中膝部损伤的80例患者的实际情况进行致因分析。结果膝关节损伤受到多种因素影响,包括解剖结构和运动方式等,需要运动员和教练员在日常锻炼中多加注意。结论科学的运动方式有利于减少各类损伤的发生,在此基础上,掌握运动员膝部损伤特点,总结经验,有利于提高日常训练的合理性,保护运动员的身体健康。
Aims This study aims to analyze the characteristics of knee injuries during the jumping exercise and the prevention and treatment measures, and provide suggestions for the daily practice of athletes and coaches. Methods This experiment combined with the form of expert interviews, logical analysis, data and literature survey and questionnaire survey to analyze the actual situation of 80 patients with knee injury during jumping exercise from March 2015 to June 2016 analysis. Results Knee injury was affected by many factors, including anatomy and exercise patterns, requiring athletes and coaches to pay more attention to their daily exercise. Conclusions The scientific method of exercise is conducive to reducing the occurrence of various injuries. Based on this, mastering the knee injury characteristics of athletes and summing up experience are beneficial to improve the rationality of routine training and protect the physical health of athletes.
